No problems and very Covid compliant

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Bed was a bit too soft though. Needs a new mattress otherwise a good stay and would stay here again.Food was good quality but drinks ... more

Please accept my apologies on behalf of the entire team for not meeting or exceeding your expectations on this occasion however allow me to reply to your comments as follows: Our room categories are defined by different amenities available ( eg. fruit platter and soft drinks voucher, different toiletries etc.) and location in respect of the hotel and not by the size. Unfortunately COVID-19 has caused us to make amendments to our hotel’s services and offerings for your safety and wellbeing therefore some items are available upon request as specified on the informative letter placed in the room and the fan is one of them; Regarding the group gatherings we follow the rules and as stated by you , our waitress was breaking groups up however is not always possible to police it all the time and some people are more considerate than others; Regarding our guests celebrating special occasions with us , we always offer options and gladly do something to make them feel special and a NO wouldn't be an option so if this was the case I wish I would have had more details to investigate it and apologise , once again if it happened. I hope this clarified our procedures a bit better and I hope to have the chance to welcome you back in future and deliver you with a better experience up to the high standards we set for ourselves.
