Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel

Stayed there as it was close to the Impact arena; attended a 4 day exhibition and didn't want to waste time in traffic every day. Great hotel; clean, quiet, great breakfast, helpful staff, comfy beds and large showers! Also it's across the street from a very large shopping centre which was super handy! less

We visited Thailand to spend time with family members working in Thailand, we stay here foe the second time in 12 months. It is central to local markets, and a large shopping centre. The staff are very helpful and the rooms kept clean and in good order less

The hotel is in a great location if you are flying out of DMK, very close, @ 15 minutes. Very modern and the service was impeccable, which I did not expect for the price. Great value for the money, just not a lot directly within walking distance except a modern mall across the street (unfortunately there is rail construction going on and you have to go over a skywalk to get there). But the front desk was welcoming and professional. The rooms furnished with nice, modern decor. Breakfast was adequate, well laid out, and quality of food was good. The valet and doormen were very helpful and accommodating. Not a place to stay for active amenities, or if you just want to walk out of your hotel and get the Bangkok experience, but taxis are not expensive and this hotel’s price is excellent for what you receive. less

Front desk perform best customer service and one of the concierge Name Mos arrange us a good trip and quality customer service which impress us a lot . Will recommend fiends to stay here when they visit Bangkok for future . less

If you are planing to staying one night and you want a cheap safe place to stay, its fine. However, I do not recommend staying more than 1 night. the food was not good. The towels and linen was harsh and they did not provide extra towels unless you asked. There were not enough soaps or toilet paper in the bathroom. The did offer free bottled water which was good. less
