We stayed late January before flying out, we loved this hotel and stayed many times, upon checking out in the morning, I booked through the front desk staff face to face for March 25th. when I booked I confirmed twice with the staff member both the price and made sure that our weeks parking was included. Upon checking in March 25 with my conformation number, the woman working the front desk said there was no parking. I showed her my confirmation number and she told me that because I booked through expedia it didn't cover parking. I told her I didn't , that I booked with her front desk staff the morning of January 25th. She looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn't offer to help at all or fix her mistake, she simply said, do you want the room or not. I couldn't as we were leaving for the week. It was their mistake but you could tell she didn't care. so we went down the road to the Sandman and they checked us in right away, with parking for the same price and the staff were great. From now on its the Sandman down the street. its too bad, we really liked this hotel, but staff put us off. less

Thank you for providing your feedback. We are deeply sorry if there was any misunderstanding to the inclusions of your booking. The hotel offers complimentary overnight parking, however; a parking package needs to be booked directly through the hotel for long term parking. The hotel offers One and Two week packages that include your night stay, and the parking. We are sorry we were unable to accommodate to your request for long term parking due to the hotel being sold out. We hope you would reconsider staying with us in the future. We hope you had a wonderful trip.
