Good morning, Thank you for providing this feedback. It is feedback like this that will allow us to better your service. I apologize that it took 3 attempts before we got you into a rooms that meet your standards. I wish you got into the 3rd room on the first time as well. That being said, we need to ensure all rooms are up to par. I apologize for any miscommunication regarding Housekeeping and Maintenance not coming in until 5pm. both departments are here by 8 am daily. Again, thank you for letting us know how your stay went. Hi Eduardo, thank you for providing your feedback. It is feedback like yours that allows us to continuously better our service. As we all try to navigate the new normal among an ongoing pandemic, we find ourselves faced with many changes. As a brand, we have moved from every day stayover service to request only service. Meaning, unless requested we will stay out of your room for your safety. If service is requested, we ask that you leave the room while our associate is inside for your and the associates safety. Of course we will always provide any amenities that we offer at any time including towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. another major change the brand has made is regarding breakfast. as of now this property is offering a grab and go style breakfast. We are working towards what our new breakfast will look like and we will be rolling out either a plated hot breakfast or a buffet style breakfast with individually wrapped items very soon.
