Nice property with a decent room and F&B. The front desk staff is absolutely obnoxious, unhelpful and uncaring. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the same “snippy” agent upon check-in and check-out.
Such a poor representation of Customer Service that she should be fired. Obnoxious. Rude.
Canceled the next scheduled trip and moved down the street to Mercer Hall.

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointing experience during your recent stay. In looking further into your comments and understanding the situation at hand was both confusing and frustrating for you, I feel there was some misunderstanding. Having thought you booked directly through our hotel for your reservation and learning that it was actually booked through a 3rd party company (on line), limits the way in which we can accommodate requests, such as changing number of nights, printing detailed receipts, etc. Unfortunately when booking through a 3rd party company, they have control of the details of your reservation, to which we are unable to access and/or change. I do apologize if you felt the answers you were receiving from my front desk agent to be unhelpful and/or rude, as I know that was not her intention. We encourage our guests to book directly through our hotel for reservations to avoid such disappointment, as we can easily assist you with any changes that you might require. Please accept my sincere apologies for any upset caused during your recent stay. I do hope you will consider staying with us again. If so, please reach out to me personally as I would like an opportunity to win back your loyalty.
