The first room I was offered smelled like smoke. The second one had mold growing in the AC vent. The third was OK. They offered an upgrade to a suite because of the hassle. I was traveling alone and only staying one night, so I did not need a suite. I declined. I would have preferred some sort of discount on my bill. It is probably the hardest mattress I have ever encountered in my life. I did not get much sleep and my back hurt in the morning. The light in the shower did not work.
For breakfast they had cereal with no milk and coffee with no creamer or milk. There was a waffle maker. I asked the attendant if there was any hot food available besides the waffle maker. She said no. I made a waffle and brought it back to the room (dinning area close because of covid-19). When I got back to the room I discovered that the waffle was not really cooked all the way through and was not eatable. I went back down to the breakfast area to look for something else to eat. I overheard another guest ask the attendant for a breakfast taco, which was promptly delivered pre[made from the kitchen area. This was the same person that told me there was no hot food, milk, or coffee creamer. I ended up getting a couple of tacos that were actually pretty good, but about 30 minutes of my morning was wasted. The staff was very friendly. less
