The jam packages for breakfast were so old they were dried out. This makes me wonder about the “best before” date on other breakfast items offered. less

Thank you for your trip advisor feedback. We are using the TravelClick digital platform that sends all the hotel reservations, cancellations and check-outs. After going through the e-files, your room receipt has been sent and delivered to your email address at 8:50am on March 12, the day of your departure. It could have gone to your spam folder which is not unusual as some email addresses have spam filters.
We have checked all the dates of our jams, cheese & peanut butter spreads, and none of them are expired. I have even verified these with our food distributor's Quality Assurance Department since the best before dates are printed on the packaging boxes.
Rest assured that all the items we serve for breakfast our fresh and we strictly follow the recommended best before dates.
Our hot breakfast is our top attraction, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is quite surprising as we never had any similar issues to what you experienced.
