This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The front desk agent left to the parking lot twice during the checkin process - it was late, we were tired, and just wanted to get to our room. It took over 15 minutes to check in due to these parking lot visits (no clue what she was doing), as well as 2 phone calls she took during the process. We were then informed the hotel was out of keys, and we would have to be let into our room by a staff member - we kind of felt like prisoners at this point. When we got to the room, the bathroom was dirty (TP on the floor, something in the toilet, and 2 towels were used. The main room also looked like it had not been vacuumed (hair and lint on the floor). Overall a very poor experience and a dirty room less
