Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to see our new housekeeping restrictions were not to your liking. For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we are not cleaning stayover rooms unless they are here for extended periods of time. Don't stay here!

Tina, Thank you for your feedback! We are sad to see about your recent experience with us, however we do inform guests at check in that we will not be providing stayover service in rooms unless requested. This is a new Best Western policy to ensure that the coronavirus is not being spread around easily. For the safety of the staff and guests, we are trying to limit contact and that is why the room was not serviced. Had we known you had wanted service, we absolutely would have serviced the room. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your stay and will make sure our guests are better informed of these new policies. We do have a $30.00 late checkout fee that allows you to remain in the room for 2 hours after the normal checkout time that was agreed upon at check-in when filling out the registration paperwork. We will address the other issues you have mentioned with our housekeeping department.
