Generally a fine hotel, but be aware of the location.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
Generally speaking the hotel is fine, without being spectacular.
The service is average at best. Check-in took quite a long time compared with other best Western properties.
We wanted an iron and ironing board, we asked for it twice one night, it never came. The following evening I called 4 times over the course of an hour before it finally came.
It took so long, that we were late for our dinner appointment.
The room was spacious enough, comfortable and nicely appointed.
The wifi generally worked well, expect for one evening where it didn't work at all.
There was quite a bit of road/city noise but not so bad as to prevent sleep.
On the subject of noise, there was often some very loud guests in the hall at late hours, whilst the hotel can't control this, perhaps the doors could be better sound proofed.
The room had a nice view over Dubai Creek, looking towards the Burg Khalifa, and downtown Dubai... Off in the distance...which is something you should consider when staying at this hotel.
You'll save money vs staying in downtown Dubai, or the Marina, but expect to spend a lot of time in taxis or on the Metro in order to see the sights.
On the flip side, it's handy for the airport, which takes only 30 minutes via metro, or less in a taxi.
Overall: the hotel was fine, but not memorable. less
