PROS: Excellent night front desk clerk Tamara (pregnant African American lady), excellent overnight to early morning front desk clerk Shannon (bubbly caucasian lady). Both of them pulled up their masks once customers were around. plenty of parking , fast wifi, good selection of channels, comfortable beds and pillows, softer towels. good location- close to shops and restaurants . coffee, tea and hot water available in lobby all day. Accomodating manager - Ann.
CONS:Poor day front desk clerk (did not bother to know her name- skinny, smoker, caucasian blond female who NEVER wore her mask nor enforced it on non-mask wearing customers. I even heard her yelling at a customer and they were going back and forth at it. Thinner walls, plenty of heavy machinery trucks in the back lot. 1 elevator in the middle of the building, breakfast now consists of a "to go bag"- danish, apple juice or small milk and a snack bar due to the pandemic. NO warm breakfast buffet. less
