Worst service I have ever received. I was staying for work. I went downstairs for coffee in the morning when I got locked out of my room. I went back to the front desk 3 times to be given newly swiped keys to try that didn't work. On the third try I asked that we try something different. She then came up with me and tried a "clean" card that didn't work. Then told me they would have to call the maintenance man. And at this point I am very worried I am going to be late for work and ask how long this will take? She says she doesn't know he has to
drive in. Then the GM comes and acts as if i have just been completely irrational, which i had not been, frustrated yes but that was it. Then she proceeded to tell me that i was not welcome to stay there the remainder of my stay and she was calling the cops which was absolutely crazy because i had done nothing! The maintenance man gets there he literally takes the faceplate off and replaced 4 AA batteries so I wait 30 minutes ended
up being screamed at by the GM, and being told to leave over changing 4 AA batteries. Absolutely the most unbelievable situation i have ever been in. less
