I called this hotel three times before I booked to check on their pool. I wanted to make sure it is open since our last vacation was cancelled. Each time I called I was assured that the pool area was open and that they had the biggest pool in the area. I was also told on the phone that they were serving a continental breakfast. When we arrived my kids headed straight for the pool. There was a sign on the door saying only 4 people were allowed in the pool area at one time. There was no sign up sheet so it was hit or miss as to if someone would be in the pool area. The hot tub area was closed, I am not sure if this was due to COVID-19 or that the hot tub was just broken. ALL of this information should have been given when I called.
The next morning the kids went down for the burrito they said was the continental breakfast. When we got to the breakfast area we were knocking on the door and finally someone came around the corner and asked if they could help us, and we stated we wanted the burrito. The employee said they did not have enough staff and they could not make it. The only thing they had for breakfast was a grab and go, which was a very small muffin, fruit, some nut bar (allergies), and a water.
I was not impressed with this hotel. I understand there are a lot of changes right now. We are all rolling with the punches. When you call 3 times you expect to get accurate information. less
