Exceeded expectations. A well managed hotel. Good for access to parks. Not a lot else nearby.
This is a very well managed hotel. All the staff we met were gracious, even under stress. They remained personable and helpful always.
We were evacuated during a fire in Sonoma County, during the Covid-19 pandemic. A stressful time for everyone.
They exceeded my expectations. We got the last room of the night, which they were able to reserve for us over the phone. When we got there, the phone was ringing off the hook - and even though they had no more rooms, I could tell they were listening to the customer's question, apologizing for being full, and recommending another close-by BW hotel. They helped us extend our stay, and even offered us late checkout. Because we were evacuating they allowed our pets, even though it is not normal policy.
The room itself was good, recently upgraded, and clean.
If you want to get to restaurants, shopping, and so on, you will need a car, Uber, or delivery There is plenty around the hotel - Target, Costco, coffee shops, and restaurants, but it is all at least a mile away.
I went into this with a fairly low opinion of Best Western, but this experience has elevated them in my mind, and I would definitely consider another BW hotel elsewhere. less

Dear Alex, Thank you so very much for the glowing review! I appreciate your kind words about how the staff managed that unexpected, super busy night! I am so glad everything was ok for you and we hope we can be of service again in the future for leisure instead of evacuation. Thank you.
