This hotel is not customer oriented, but oriented around convenience of staff and management. Large sprawling building difficult for the mobility challenged. During a several night stay, the key cards failed every day, necessitating long hikes to front desk. The room hotel book describes location of vending machines, but after long hikes, found none where they were supposed to be. We drove to store to get water. The hallways are not air-conditioned, so those long hikes very unpleasant. Polite complaints result in rude responses. The room itself was just ok. Very noisy AC. Dirty corners and torn carpet. We prepaid with no refunds, otherwise would have gone elsewhere after the first night. The pool area was nice.But you have to wear uncomfortable wrist bands to enter, and you are told sternly upon check-in that if you lose them, they WILL NOT be replaced! Sorry, to leave negative review, but be warned. Will never stay here again. less

Traveler13Pa, I am sad to here of the issues you encountered during your stay, and can understand how this could be frustrating. I assure you that all staff and management are focused on providing the best possible service to all of our guests. We do have snack machines available on the first and second floors, along with a complete snack shop located right in our lobby for guest convenience. Our pool wristband policy is in place to ensure that only registered guests of the hotel can safely and securely utilize the pool.
