Disgusting

Thank you for your recent stay with us and your comments. We are having carpet and furnishing replaced scheduled later in the year. We will definitely take a look at the toilet in your room. We were having an issue with the door locks over the weekend at one entry area. This has since been corrected. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

I am shocked and very upset to hear about your experience. I definitely need to get some information from you to further investigate. Can you please contact me so I can get dates of your stay and name information? This will allow me to check on the room you were staying in and make any repairs needed. Any illegal activity is not tolerated and I need to follow up on this. I hope to hear from you soon so I can investigate this. I am unable to see when you visited the hot tub. If it is a time just after we have drained and cleaned it, it does take several hours to reach temperature. We do keep the hot tub on the recommended temperature of 102 degrees. Need to be upgrade remodel expected better from best western never seen one in this bad of shape.

I attempted to reach you by phone concerning your stay. On behalf of our entire team, I wish to apologize for your experience at our hotel. There is certainly no excuse for poor service. I would love more information on where we failed to provide you warm hospitality that we strive for our guests. We definitely need new flooring and we are scheduled to get new flooring for guest rooms and hallways in November of this year. Furnishings will also be updated this year. Our hotel has been very busy and we were fortunate to stay very busy during COVID. I am proud to say that we did not have to lay off any employees of the hotel during a very rough time.
