Please feel free to check our website; the room rates listed for all room types is a two-person rate; additional charges apply for extra person/s. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the hotel the correct number of occupants in the room. You and your family members booked your rooms online for 2 persons/room only. There were five (5) extra non-paying people in your party. You were charged $15.00 for an extra person. Your family members were charged for only one additional person not the 4th as you have stated were in their rooms. We are very cognizant of our services; we strive to provide all our guests with excellent service and amenities and we run business honestly with great integrity. We wish you happy travels.

We are saddened your six day stay with us did not meet your expectations. We are very cognizant of our services; we strive to provide all our guests with excellent service and amenities. We tried to help resolve this matter in a timely manner for you by requesting your card and bank information or for your bank to call us directly to release whatever amount may still be tied up; we also suggested a three way call to your bank without any response back and all this could have been cleared on the day of check out. You checked-in 4/02/19 for 4 days on debit card #1. On 4/05 you extended to more 2 days on the same card. On 4/06 you changed the departure date to 4/08. On 4/07 you changed the departure date from 4/08 to 4/10. During all this; 3 different debit cards were presented by you to be swiped, one declined. When using a debit card, the total amount is preauthorized and increments are added to your card as you extend your stay, your bank puts a hold on the transaction amounts, the amount we charged is what was deducted from your account. The difference would be released by your bank and it could take anywhere from 5-10 working days. Hopefully your bank has release the difference, if not please do call us
