Greediness overshadowed Facilities

Very disappointed with service on a recent 2 hour visit. Checked in early evening only to have to leave within 2 hours as bushfires were threatening our trip home. Was happy to pay our night’s accomodation despite the beds not even being sat on, given the circumstances. However, requests to refund our pre-purchased breakfast (x 5 people!) for the next morning were refused. Emails and phone calls not returned. Most disappointed in the greediness. Will not return. less

We are a family business and pride ourselves on having a great reputation in the town. We have been very accommodating to guests affected by fires, offering much flexibility to online bookings. I am disappointed with your review.
I have spoken with our management team and they aren't across a booking such as yours. As I have been personally receiving endless calls and messages regarding abrupt cancellations, I can't find one that resembles yours.....
As you didn't book direct with our hotel, we encourage you to contact the online website you booked through to discuss a refund on breakfast. Our team would have definitely communicated this to you upon departure.
