We stayed for 6 days/5 nights.
Fantastic location in Old Town. We enjoyed walking through the area, lots of things to do and see.
The hotel itself was once a shopping complex; it has many stairs and interesting vistas. Pretty landscaping.
The Manager’s reception on Wednesday afternoon was excellent: complimentary great food and beverages, and the staff was exceptional.
We appreciated that it was atypical for hotel chains!
The restaurant, Tequila (?), had excellent - albeit unvarying - breakfasts, and a beautiful vista from which to enjoy.
We didn’t use the pool or laundry, but were grateful that this was an option.
While it was in the heart of Old Town, it was quiet, serene, and safe.
We were grateful for the shuttle service to the airport, but it was unavailable as early as we required for our 7:40 am departure Sunday morning. We used Uber/Lyft a great deal while we were here, without any issue.
While the room itself was large, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, there was barely enough space between the bed and the wall to walk through.
There weren’t sufficient outlets to plug all our chargers or CPAP machine, and the bathroom was in great need of repair/remodeling, with stained tub, cracked, uneven tile, and outdated fixtures.
We appreciated the fridge and microwave, but there was only one garbage in the room.
Room service didn’t arrive until after 3 or 4 every day; because we had returned from our day’s adventures at this point, we frequently declined room service so as not to be disturbed.
Finally, although it was due to the age of the plumbing or pipes or something, there was a regular surge of sound every few seconds that sounded like breathing.
We would go back to this hotel again, due to the location, but just be aware that the rooms are not what one would expect from a BW but maybe a Value Inn.
Also to note: No espresso, closest one we found was the Living Room restaurant. Try Mexican Mocha! So smooth, not too sweet.
