Jarko, thanks so much for your very detailed review of your recent stay. We appreciate you taking such time to share your feedback. Yes, due to the pandemic and having no ability to monitor social distancing on the airport shuttle, it has been suspended. More importantly, there simply isn't enough traffic/guests arriving or departing for SFO, so it doesn't make sense to financially support a shuttle at this time. There are over 30 hotels in our area, and there are maybe 2 that currently have the shuttle in operation at this time. Thanks so much for sharing your insight on other forms of transportation for the readers, that was great. I am sorry that you feel our hotel is't particularly inviting - we normally hear just the opposite. With all of the protocols we have to take with the pandemic, the feel of the Lobby probably is different, however, very safe for our guests and associates. Within the past couple of years, all of our guest rooms have been updated with new window treatments (not vinyl drapes), new artwork, carpet, beds, TVs, custom made furniture and more. Sorry you felt that they looked shabby. We used to have a wonderful and very large breakfast buffet offering all kinds of great food selections, but the new "Grab and Go" breakfast is now a brand requirement, and again, much safer for everyone. We actually still go above and beyond what the minimum requirement is. Again, thanks so much for your thorough review, we appreciate it. As the case of all hotels everywhere, once we are beyond the pandemic and the market allows, all hotels will again increase their rates. We hope to see you again soon. Jim McGuire, General Manager

Would really need a room to stay here again.

Hello VancouverTraveler59 and thanks for your feedback. Due to COVID-19 and the County's Health Department's restrictions, our in-dining restaurant is not open at this time. We do offer a limited menu for room service. All of our rooms have refrigerators (that include a freezer), and we do have microwaves available upon request. They are also in all of our suites. All of our websites state that we have a $9 parking fee - we made sure of this. I am sorry if you overlooked it - we do not "nickel and dime" our guests. Sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay and we do hope you give us another try again. Jim McGuire, GM

Hi Derek, Happy New Year. Sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at out hotel. We have not had our shuttle running since April 1, and this is clearly stated on all of our websites, I am sorry that you overlooked this. We have been very careful to make this known on all websites for the past 9 months. There is no way to properly social distance on the shuttle - out of more than 30 hotels in South San Francisco that offer shuttle service, only 2 hotels currently do. We have to be safe, not sorry. I apologize that your WiFi wasn't working - we have had no complaints on it. Again, sorry for your inconveniences. Although we cannot control where our guests choose to stay, I doubt that you will find the accommodations at some of our neighboring hotels better than ours.
