Shower and sink did not drain... Called it in on Thursday when we arrived and it was fixed Saturday ( second time we called front desk ) the tv in bedroom didnt work.... We asked maid for extra towels and she was rude and said I needed to call front desk if I needed help.... ( at that time front desk hadn't helped with shower or sink yet.. We were still standing in dirty water to take showers!!! ) check out is at 11:00 on Sunday but maid woke us up at 8:00 knocking on our door to clean it... ( maybe A list for the maid of rooms who have checked out would help. ) all besides the fact when I booked room I booked it with 2 beds for 3 guest... I got a one bed with a sofa pull out!!! Which on the sofa pull out the mattress was so thin you could feel every spring on frame.. And for 3rd person we had to rent a roll away that the floor would of been more comfortable. I went to front desk about only having one bed and they said technically the sofa is a bed!!!! Maybe that should be explained when a guest books a room.. Oh i did ask to talk to manager and manager was off till tuesday!!!!

Holly, thank you for you posting your comments on this site as well. As I mentioned to you in a private email, we are sorry that you experienced a poor stay with us. We investigated the room type you reserved, and it indeed was a queen suite, which is a room with a queen bed with a (brand new) pull-out sofa, Sorry it wasn't comfortable for you. Also, as I mentioned, we apologize for the drain in your room. We have management coverage on every day, sorry no one was available for you at the time.
