Need better walls between the rooms - not only could I hear voices, TV, baby crying, etc. - I could even tell what they were saying (they were not shouting). Add to that, the beds are back to back and the rattling headboard will knock against the wall off and on all night right behind my head. And the doors can't be shut quietly even if you try to, which most people don't, and the sound echoes down the halls early in morning til late at night. Can't get help from the desk because they will just say they don't know because they haven't work there very long. (On another day, the same man said he is used to working a different shift, so he couldn't be very new) Slick tubs and when others in my party (we had 5 rooms for 6 nights) asked for a bath mat, we were told to use a towel on the tub floor; then a different person asked next day and got a rubber tub mat. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to take responsibility for problems, but everyone was cheerful and friendly when you passed them in hallway. Hair dryer didn't work. So sleep deprived I couldn't get much out of the expensive 5 day workshop I was attending. less
