I want to point out that they did try to remedy this with a very small discount. I read all the reviews and thought this hotel was going to be a sure thing. I want people to have this information so they can make an informed decision on staying here.
When we arrived after a 15 hour drive we found something in our sheets. I called the front desk to have the sheets replaced. They offered to have them ready for me to pick up. *stare* really???? No, you can bring them to me. Ok, do you need a top or fitted? *stare again* um, both, the sheets are dirty. So she brings me a set and hands them to me. I guess I'll change the sheets....just what I want to do. Did I mention we'd been on the road for 15 hours. At least it gave me a good look over the mattress for bugs. I didn't find any.
The refrigerator in the room was so loud. It kept going on and off. In hindsight I should have unplugged it.
The attached photos show the sheet, and the disrepair of the bathroom. The tub sagged in the center so anyone with balance issues may want to reconsider showering there.
I didn't take a picture of the watery eggs.
Needless to say, we canceled our reservations for our return trip.
