Dear KevinL96, Thank you for taking the time to air your frustrations on an event that may have happened over 10 years ago, in the height of the oil boom when there were very few hotels in the area. As you will recall, in the early days of the the oil boom this area was essentially a frontier town and hotel rooms were filling up before they were even certified to be opened. While I am sorry to hear that the General Manager from 10 years ago left a sour taste in your mouth with his business practices, he is long gone and there is now professional management and staff in place. As the "new" General Manager, I can assure you that we adhere to the highest industry best practices and as you can see from our other Trip Advisor and other social media reviews - conditions have changed dramatically. This is not to say that we don't drop the ball once in a while, we certainly do, but we do acknowledge our f-up's and work exceedingly hard to correct the issue.
