This hotel is listed as "parking available". They only have 2 parking spaces. Do not book this hotel thinking you can park outside. The staff don't give a s**t and all I got was attitude from the staf... more

Comfortable but basic

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to send a review. I am glad to hear that our receptionist found you a room straightaway when you arrived early. Also I am glad that we have been communicating after your departure and have explained to you that because of Covid-19 for guest safety we closed the computer area for guest use. It was not broken but taken out of service. Therefore you were asked to send the emails you wanted printed to reception who then were able to print them for you. On check-in we give our guest an information letter in which we explain all the things, which are now different because of Covid-19. During our communication I noticed that you were not aware that room stayovers would not be serviced even if the" make up my room light" was on. We both have now established that it was a matter of miscommunication. I am disappointed however, that you did not like our shower. It is a large power shower and most of our guest love it! Hopefully we will see you back again. Kind Regards
