The Guy that booked us over the phone was the most friendly person I’ve ever spoken too while booking a hotel.
I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and he was amazing. The downfall to this stay... is the hardest bed I have ever felt. Legit felt like sleeping on the floor with a yoga mat. In fact, my 13 year old son chose to sleep on the floor instead on top of 4 pillows laid out.
Perhaps it was because we were in a pet friendly room? #110. When I enquired at the front desk at 1am (because we couldn’t sleep) I asked if all the beds were the same or if they were just bad beds because they were the pet rooms, he wasn’t able to assist because they had no other pet friendly rooms available to check. In the morning the front desk lady, (who was very friendly,I know this isn’t her fault) assured me that our beds at the hotel were more padded then her bed at home.
Also the bed closest to the window creaked so loud anytime you moved at all on it, so I was thankful my son chose to sleep on the floor after all. Haha.
Just know going in, if you are staying here, in a pet friendly room at least, that the beds are solid rocks. My back is paying for it today.
Upside, the room was very clean, except for staining on the carpets which I am sure was due to some people not taking care with their pets...
