Dear Karla i do apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations during your stay here. I do assure you I take each concern seriously and have acted immediately on your complaint. The person who cleaned your room is no longer employed here. My front desk associate immediately cleaned your room for you. You did then stay overnight. You did then stay the night,. Had you decided not to stay we would have released you from your reservation. At this point if you would ever like to stay again if you will contact me I will make sureyo have a much happier experience.
