On pulling up at the hotel, we were very impressed....it is stunning. There was a large wedding on and we were amongst the few other hotel guests not involved with the wedding. That said, we had a lovely evening meal with our friends in a separate dining room. The wedding did seem to draw all the staff away, and we did have to wait for our drinks initially, but the service for the meal was very good.
We had an accessible room with a wet room which is great, however, the floor tiles are dangerously slippy when wet and should be textured to allow some grip, especially when it is designed with people with mobility issues in mind.
Breakfast was very poor all round. We were put in a large function room with the entire wedding party, instead of the separate dining room we had the night before. This was not ideal for us as we felt awkward and I am sure for the wedding party too. The buffet was of a poor standard and the cooked breakfast was standard......

I am very pleased to see that on the whole you enjoyed your stay with us.
However it is disappointing to have let ourselves down on a couples of key service standards. Rest assured that we will be using your comments to improve in those areas going forward.
