Very Very disappointed with our stay, not value for money.

A family reunion and 90th Birthday party at the hotel, only living sibling of my 80 year old mum, arrived late, reunited with family in the bar, drinks extortionate price, ordered food stale, dry bread over priced, got into room good 3 single beds, mum, myself and daughter, no heating no thermostatic valve to turn rad on? Freezing my mother felt ill, finally an electric heater from reception arrived, we woke with headaches from the heater, cold, breakfast cooked was cold, poached eggs were all hard, no fresh pastries, packet only, coffee machine is not a quality cuppa, Insufficient lighting signage to lite to room blocks outside, also leaving to car park no external lights with dangerous steps in the dark. Such a let down….. more than disappointed. less
