Just a note of thanks for taking the time to write your review and all of your kind words about the staff and how clean your room was. I will admit I am a little confused though. While the property has been in this location for many years, the entire property has been completely renovated, including all new furniture and carpet in almost every room. In fact, the bathrooms have all recently been remodeled as has our lobby and breakfast cafe. We are a family owned hotel since the day we opened and our owners are very very generous about much money into making sure our guests have the very best in accommodations and conveniences. The pride of ownership is very obvious in our hotel and all of our staff shares that pride. We are constantly making updates so hopefully you will come back again and I will give you a personal tour. Dear Audreyc59, Thank you very much for your nice review and kind words. We are happy you did the white wipe test because we do it all ourselves with every room. we are extremely diligent in making sure that our rooms are immaculately clean. We even use special ultra violet lights to sterilize/sanitize our common use elements in our rooms. In fact, Best Western was the very first hotel family to use this technique. We all travel as well and we know exactly how we like our rooms, so we make sure we deliver that same high level of cleanliness for our guests. We will never compromise this principle. Quite often I personally inspect our rooms and my staff often calls me OCD, especially when I inspect the bathrooms on my hands and knees, but no worries I have been called much worse.
