When we checked in we were told that they needed to run our credit card and pay the first night. I said that they have more than the first night on hold and was told that I would be contacted by the manager. No Call! Upon check-out, I reminded them that they had another $100 on hold for a total of $200. These two amounts did not appear on the statement which is unheard of in the years of travel and staying in hotels. They still don't show on the statement and I am being told that once I pay the full amount I will receive the $200 back! Once I'm given something in writing, I will pay the full amount or the balance. The shower goes from cold to scalding hot! I have a blister on my back from the scalding hot water. Restaurant food and personal are fabulous and the room was spacious and clean! As I said, could have been great! less
