When checking in, chas was the person who had checked us in. She didn't seem very happy but it could of been the time of day being it was close to the end of her shift. The next day the 7-3 pm shift lady kelly was very nice and helpful and we explained that we would have prefer to have a king room and she didn't think twice and was more then happy to move us too a different room being we were there for several nights. The second morning after being there, we got back to our room very late and had noticed that there was dried blood on the pillow case and also the blanket. We put it off to the side and the next morning we brought it too the attention of the front desk. While waiting for the front desk agent to get off the phone,a gentleman who they called "Blu" came out from behind the desk and I explained the situation with the blood,he said he would send housekeeping up to change the room up. When we got back I went to the front desk so they could give me my receipt, to find out that this creep who I then found out from the desk clerk was actually the general manager, decided to go in and try changing my room rate and then didn't even tell me. If it wasn't for the nice desk lady telling me this he would would have charged my card more. The nice desk agent had to go in and fix everything, and then charge the correct amount and then gave me my printed receipt, and then had to check me out the night before I was scheduled to check out just to make sure I wasn't charged more. I also had to go into my credit card and lock the card so he couldn't. The morning of checkout he was working the desk. Did you know he chased me to my car while I was loading up my belongings and told me he needed me to come back inside. When I went back in, he proceeded to tell me I still owed money after my credit card was already charged the correct amount. I told him I wasn't paying extra. He proceeded to call me nasty names and proceeded to use very vulgar language and say that I am never welcome and everything else. After speaking with his staff, even they said that this man is bascially an ass of a boss. I even heard from other best western location staff that this hotel is nasty and unfriendly. I can see from the way that this general manager acted and was very unprofessional. I would not only recommend that nobody stay at this hotel. I am also filing a complaint with corporate on this general manager. Nobody who brings you business deserves to be treated like this. less

I am glad you decided to tarnish my reputation and the same of my hotel. however you did not mention that you are impersonating a best western employee to scam the hotel. You were given multiple opportunities to let us know that you are not a best western employee, however you decided to continue with your scam.
I understand you are now embarrassed after we found out about this and the phone call at 11pm on my cell phone from your room where abusive.
As we are decent members of the society, after knowing of how you are trying to scam us and throwing your toys out of pram, we still let you stay at our property and even let you have an extended checkout.
Note, due to your un acceptable behavior we will not be allowing you to stay at our property. Regardless of how much you decide to create rumors about my property, staff or even myself.
If you are very professional or un upstanding individual as you are trying to prove you can always pay the balance on your account since you are not a best western employee, I in return will be more than grateful to buy you dinner at our restaurant.
