Although I have stayed at this hotel several times, I won't be back. I am willing to overlook small issues at busy properties, including the missing tile, the tooth flosser under the sink, and the green-tinged water in the hot tub - just don't touch or use. I will not overlook the rudeness - cruelty toward my daughter and nephew when they asked the front desk night manager, Stella, for a refund of monies lost in the malfunctioning ice cream vending machine. She accused them of lying to her - even made my nephew (a minor child) sign a post-it note to protect herself from being accused of stealing money. Too many other options in Branson to ever put up with that again. I will spend my money at properties that treat my children with respect. It didn't help when Stella's last words were that the ice cream machine malfunctions regularly. Really Stella? You know this, but you accuse my children of lying? less

Thank you again for your feedback and and it sounds like an unfortunate incident. We did research this situation after you brought it to our attention and the front desk did give the monies back but after multiple trips back to the front desk for multiple refunds and snacks in hand, Stella did grow suspicious. We do have everyone sign a refund form anytime we give money back, that's standard operating procedure, Stella did inform us that when you had contacted her, that language was used that was not necessarily called for. Again I believe the situation as unfortunate as it was, could have been handled better by both parties and we have addressed this situation with Stella.
We hate to hear we would lose your business because of this and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so you can experience the award winning service you've known and trusted for several years.
