First off, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here in the past and it has progressively gone downhill. There's just too many details being ignored at this place. I do alot of computer work when I stay in a motel and this place has yet to enter the 21st century and provide table lamps with electrical outlets. I'm too old to crawl around on the floor searching for usable electrical outlets. My desk chair was ripped and crappy looking. The desk/table was wobbly.
The bathroom? It was clean but I had to hold down the toliet handle to fully empty the toilet. The shower curtain was too short to stay inside the tub and I couldn't help but get water all over the floor. No night light.
HVAC? Noisy and cycled on and off every few minutes and there appeared to be no way to leave the fan run continuously.
The TV was stuck on closed captioning with no way to turn it off. Yes, I used every button I could find on the remote. Couldn't turn it off.
Didn't eat breakfast because I don't eat early in the morning so nothing to report here. less

I do apologize for your less than satisfactory experience with us. We are sorry that your desk/work area was inadequate, however most of our lamps do have plug ins on the sides of them. Contacting the front desk while your finding issues is the best way to go about solving problems, we could have fixed your TV and shower liner and your toilet. We apologize again for these inconveniences. Please contact us with any further comments/concerns.
