I am terribly sorry that the lighting was an issue for you. We have been working on a replacement light between the beds and will hopefully soon have this issue rectified. As for the spider, its that time of year when all the little bugs are trying to find a warm place for the winter. We are diligently keeping an eye out for them so we can place them back outside in their natural habitat.

I am so sorry for your disappointment. I have been working diligently to ensure standards are being met by replacing mattresses, sofa beds, updating all areas to the best of my abilities. We do have two luggage carts, unfortunately, we do not have room for more but I can understand your frustrations, especially during peak times.
