On our vacations, we do regularly stay at BW hotels. This one in Golden is getting old and is sorely in the need of a renovation/upgrade. The pool area, which was not available when we stayed, looks old and outdated. No hot tub?? The sleeper couch in our room was old and very uncomfortable to sit upon. My wife complained about the cleanliness of the sheets. Mattress was mushy and uncomfortable
We have stayed at so many other BW hotels and the quality level is so much higher. What we paid for a night stay does not equate to what we are accustomed. If we are ever staying in Golden again, we will not be coming back.
Special note, I believe this hotel has one or two luggage carts. More carts are required. less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. At the time of your stay, I have just arrived to the property, only a few weeks prior. I am so sorry for your disappointment. I have been working diligently to ensure standards are being met by replacing mattresses, sofa beds, updating all areas to the best of my abilities. We do have two luggage carts, unfortunately, we do not have room for more but I can understand your frustrations, especially during peak times.
