The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned (towels and sheets on the floor and garbages full). The second room was still under construction and didn’t have a bed, but it appeared someone had been staying in the room as there were towels on the couch and egg cartons in the garbage. The third room was fine but after the first two rooms we wouldn’t have stayed if we didn’t have a non-cancellable reservation. Overall not the standard you’d expect of a Best Western. less
