This was probably my second worst hotel check-in ever. One of the front desk employees asked for some information that, until today, I have never been asked (77 nights spent at BW properties alone this year; this does not include nights spent at other chains). When I questioned why it was "required", the individual became overly emotional. Strike one.
The standard practice during check-in is to 1) be thanked for being a Diamond Select member and 2) asked if I would like bonus points or a thank you gift. Neither of which happened at this location. Strike two and three.
The one positive for this location is their cleaning staff. Whoever cleaned the room I stayed in did a wonderful job. less

I'd like to apologize for your experience with us. As I understand it, my staff asked for your phone # when checking in, in case of emergencies. That is a standard request but certainly not required. Concerning recognizing your Diamond Select status, I will follow up with my staff as well but it is possible due to incomplete check-in information that my staff was unable to pull up your status. I'd like to thank you for staying with us and appreciate your positive comments on the room and cleaning staff.
