Ridiculous service and outdated facilities

Visited in April along with my brother for 2 days and was in for a rude shock in terms of service. They called us up at around 12 noon on the day of checkin and asked us about checkin timings. We also asked them to arrange for a car for next day travel but they finally got back to us only at 830 pm in the night. Don't know why it takes so much time! Once we checked in we were made to wait for 15-20 mins because they had arranged for 2 separate beds - Surprising that when they called us in the morning to inquire about checkin timings, they completely missed this... In the room, there is a smell of liquor, the TV remote doesn't work and the electronics guy was hell bent on proving that the TV can't be operated with remote and can be done only manually (only STB remote works). The room service didn't replenish our towels (had to remind them) and the toiletries. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Rest is quite disappointing less
