Awesome experience at Best Western Manhattan!

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were clean and very tastefully decorated. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Beds were comfortable and the pillows are to die for!!! Would love pillow... more

Charged for washing my face.

On behalf of our staff I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Our hotel does charge for stained linen if we are unable to remove the stain. We do also offer our forget me items upon request that include makeup wipes if needed. Again, I apologize that this has caused you any inconvenience. I would also like to take this moment to let you know that every Best Western is independently owned and operated so they do all have their own policies. I hope that in the future you will provide us with another opportunity to show you how outstanding our property is.
