It was the worst experience ever. We arrived to the hotel at about 12 at night, tired after 6 hrs drive, and our room wasnt ready, during booking i did chose one double bed and one single, we got triple room where one single bed was a child bed. Manager was arguing with us that this is the standard single bed not child (even that was much smaler than the other 2 single beds) and that they didnt get information from booking.com about my preferences and that i will need to contact them!!!! Wtf..... then they said their all rooms are with single beds and they just join them when needed and in a few minutes they will do the same with our beds, in addition, after 30 minues of arguments they informed us that we can get double room at the additional charge.... so they do or dont have double beds in the hotel?!? They promised us room with double bed but from next day, but of course we never got it....
Unacceptable behaviour, so uncomfortable joned beds, you could feel the gap between them as they dont have extra top, and the toilet was dirty with full of dust. Never again!!! less

Thank you for posting your comments ion yet another review site. As i have previously pointed out in other media and was explained to you on your arrival. We did not have a record of your preferred room layout.
Booking.com bookings had just changed their routing of their bookings to us a week before your bookiing. It was only after your booking we realized that some types of messages, such as room set up, was not being transferred correctly to us. We set the room up with 3 beds as we considered that the least worst scenario. In the past where these set up has not been known, guests have slept in that set up allowing us to set the room to your preference in the morning. However at 11.45 our duty manager our senior night porter and our receptionist stripped and remade the beds for you as you requested.
Our standard single beds as 'zip and link' beds that we use are 2 metres long by 1 metre wide. They link the bases together and zip the mattresses together to give a very comfortable 2 metre by 2 metre king sized double. I do agree that some guests find sleeping on the 5cm area where the zip lies to be uncomfortable, despite it being padded by the mattress protector and linen sheets, but I would suggest that there is somewhere else in the remaining 1.95cm that would sure have been comfortable for you. Our third beds we use in these rooms usually sits underneath the other two beds . This is a standard imperial sized mattress 6 foot 3 inches by 3 foot . It is slightly smaller - 9 cm wide and 9 cm long but has the same 25cm thick mattress. It is a full sized adult bed , designed for adults and should not be 'short' for anyone under 6 foot 3 inches - 192cm .
The few double beds we have in the hotel are queen sized doubles 1.8m wide , we do not have any rooms that are suitable for 3 people with the smaller queen sized beds. It is my understanding that you would move to a queen sized bed room the next day , but as we could not offer a queen sized bed and a metric single bed you did not want to move. I was not aware before your latest review here that you had found fault with the bathroom. None of my colleagues who were attending to your needs that night or in the morning had not reported this. I am sorry that you found fault there as well.
