Thank you for your review following your recent stay with us. I am pleased that you liked the bedroom and enjoyed your meal in the restaurant but can only apologise that we let you down in other areas. Rather than leave water in the rooms that may not be fresh, we note within our Guest Information folders that our 'house' filtered water can be delivered to bedrooms on request, I am sorry that this was was not what you were given and I will make sure all staff are reminded of the policy. I will also be discussing with the management team the issues you experienced at breakfast as this is not the high standards I expect. We do hope that you would return if looking for accommodation in the area again. Jason Bartella
