Thank you for your review, and for the positive comments regarding the cleanliness of our venue and the service from our staff. It was disappointing to read your words telling customers to ‘AVOID AVOID AVOID’ our hotel, due to poor behaviour at a neighbouring venue. This was out of our control, but we were and continue to be communicating with the venue to avoid this from happening again. This was fortunately a onetime occasion, which we apologise caused you to be disturbed. However, we always prefer our guests to talk to us during their stay regarding any disgruntles, rather than leaving a bad review, especially since you enjoyed your stay. I hope you understand why I am replying to your review, as I believe it is only fair to put our side across to future guests staying at our hotel.
