When requests are made such as interconnecting rooms, we do our upmost to enable you to have these facilities. We are only a 3* hotel, so as you mentioned we do not claim to have air con, but I am pleased you were comfortable with the fan that are provided in all of our bedrooms. Thank you for bringing to my attention of the maintenance issue, which I shall pass on to the team. Thank you for your review, but I am disappointed to read your negative comments that mainly revolve around the premium rate call. We are part of the Best Western organisation, every hotel is individually owned and privately operated but marketed with the Best Western Group therefore your dislike to the premium call should probably be addressed to them as a world wide organisation, not ourselves as an individual privately owned high quality 3 star hotel. We as you rightly say do not have any fully disabled rooms at the hotel, and therefore class our room as an assisted disability room, I therefore find it upsetting for the hotel and its staff to receive criticism on what we openly offer. Might I suggest if you choose to book a Best Western Hotel again you do not go though their call centre but contact the hotel direct and check if they offer fully disabled rooms.
