We had a long tiring journey and were looking forward to a pleasant, relaxing dinner. The restaurant was closed. We had a bar meal - at hotel prices in the lounge/bar. There were two TVs both showing a football match, though the sound was turned down. Once we were ready for bed we discovered that we only had one pillow each. There was a "pillow menu", but it was very late at might. Breakfast - very good service but we had to ask for teapot and use mugs. "Smoked kippers" (what other kind are there?) were £2.00 extra. I ampartially disabled and had requested a room with a walk in shower, I did not get one. I hurt my foot getting out of the bath - no grab rail. I reported this to the gentleman on Reception. It was dismissed with a muttered apology. Four days later it still caused pain less

unfortunately our restaurant room is closed at week ends, we serve dinner with exactly the same menu but in the lounge, due to the small number of dinners at the week end, the menu to suit all tastes
Our 66 bar has 2 televisions and a large screen, which is most popular to most of our guests during their stay.
I am glad you noticed our pillow menu either receptionist or night Porter would have been delighted to assist you with further pillows of the type you wish for, you only needed to ask.
I am glad that you found our hot and cold buffet breakfast good. fresh Coffee and tea are dispensed from a machine adjacent to the extensive buffet and of course we were delighted to provide you with a teapot when you asked.
