Family owned and lived

The hotel was ok,not of noise which is good.I stay at a lot of best western hotels this was for sure the worst. The family lives on the first floor so prepare to hit the stairs no elevator.no kids unl... more

Dear Elizabeth, Your feedback shows that there was a complete breakdown with the stay which is really worrisome. This is not at all a regular feature of our hotel and something has gone wrong.
