called the hotel locally, 303 #, and reserved and got a confirmation for a king bed suite for 2 adults and a small dog. got to the hotel and was informed that no dogs were allowed in the suites. I specifically called the hotel local number so there would be no dog hassles and was assured that it was a very dog friendly hotel. Since it was xmas eve I didn't feel like trying to find another hotel. But I wished we had. The room they gave us had a direct fire and safety violation as our rooms exit door was less than the 3'-0" minimum width. The shower turned all the way hot was barely luke warm for two back to back showers. Since it was xmas eve there was only about 15-20 customers staying at the hotel. Wonder what the hot water would of been like if they were full. The hot tub and pool was very nice. So overall, I would highly not recommend this hotel. less

I apologize for any inconveniences that you incurred while staying here. After reading your comments about the service you received I see that more customer service training is needed. We are in compliant with the fire codes as we had to have the fire department sign off on all the constructions that we had.
