Fire alarm test went off outside of scheduled time , causing us to carry heavy bags downstairs.
No main light in the room so very dark .
Bar is very expensive & limited seating.
Very small choice at breakfast, for £10 would expect more than 7 options.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay at the property.
Whether feedback be positive or constructive we welcome this information so that we can improve our product. We particularly welcome the opportunity to be informed of any problems, concerns or dissatisfaction during the guests stay so that we have the opportunity to put it right and offer a solution to assist with a better impression of the hotel.
As we still want to protect our team safety whilst in the hotel, we do tell all guests on check in that at this time rooms will not be serviced unless specifically specified. We do offer to deliver fresh towels and amenities as required and they are also available at our 24 hour reception.
The fire alarm is tested weekly, on a Tuesday morning at 10.30am, we do not test beyond these timings.
Breakfast is a buffet style offering with Chef serving all hot items from an open Kitchen and also preparing any special requests, we also have a full continental offering together with a hot and cold drink selection. Team members are on hand for any additional requirements.
The Best Western Cresta Court is a full service hotel unlike budget brands including Travelodge and Ibis.
