Dear Valued Guest, I do apologize that you experienced this after your stay at our hotel. It was I that you spoke with today, and I am part of management of the hotel. The reason why I brought up compensation is because if indeed and there was a clear case and evidence that we had an infestation, this would most definitely a portion of responsibility that falls on our shoulders. We had a thorough investigation of the room immediatley after your check out and had no clear indications of any sort of insect in the room. Further, we did a deep clean of the room and replaced every sheet in that room as per our standard protocol and ensured that it was safe to rent out to the guest coming in that day. No such complaints were heard from the guest the next day so we cleared the case indefinitely. We apologize that we did not follow up with you about this as you were affected by this during your stay and it would have concerned you... I will be sure to ensure that we are always following up with our guest's concerns as we always strive to do...Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Again, my sincere apologies for not following up with you and thank you for writing that eventually we did follow up and no such infestation is at our establishment.
