I went here with 3 others and we loved it so much we’re signing up for the Best Western membership! We had previously gone to another motel (bed bug issue among other things), and ended up going here for the stay instead! Getting the key cards was fast and easy! Took less than 3 minutes. The staff is very nice, ALL of them, even the cleaning staff was pleasant, my brother had a conversation with one woman, and she was so sweet! When we got into the room, the A/C was on 60°, which we were grateful for considering it was 90-something degrees outside. The air smelled clean, and the sheets were clean as well (white, no stains). I lifted the beds, like I always do, to check for bed bugs, and the bed liner was WHITE and there was nothing! I checked everywhere and it was VERY clean! There was a working TV with some channels, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND lotion they give you smells good! We didn’t use it though, so I’m not sure how they work. There was breakfast in the front still, however someone served it to us. But it was clean; always changing gloves, had a mask on, she kept everything on clean trays, and there was a clear shield in place. The food was pretty good! The eggs weren’t, but the sausage, potatoes, and English muffin were good! They have decent coffee with breakfast, however the coffee in the room itself is not the same so beware! Check out was just as fast as check in. We will be going to a Best Western on our next trip. less
