I stayed here twice. out. My first stay I would give it a 1 star. The second stay I would give it a 2 star. Was not much better! My first stay I walked in and the hotel immediately smelled of curry and terrible food in the lobby and hallways. It is all one floor hotel. My room was very nice but the TV and internet did not work. When I called the front desk the older female sighed and said for me to try again and follow the directions. I said I couldn't even get to that point. I then got out of my room, walked to the lobby where she was watching TV or something in the corner. I stood at the counter and she CLEARLY saw me and didn't get up until she was "ready" to do so. I am sorry if I am interrupting your TV time. I told her I was not pleased with her attitude and she laughed and turned around and went back to her TV show. The next morning, I came down to breakfast. I only got coffee and a muffin that was wrapped. I did not trust the breakfast since it was during COVID and the Breakfast female person had no mask on, could hear her breathing and coughing, and had no gloves on. NO THANKS. Oh, speaking of that, NONE of the staff had masks on either and there was no sneeze guards to properly social distance. Late at night (Past 11pm) My room was near the outside pool which was open with a HUGE amount of grade school kids and some older parents swimming. I couldnt believe that. Is that social distancing? Every other hotel I have been at the pool area is closed down. I should honestly report the hotel for the breakfast and ignorance for ignoring PA guidelines during COVID. Best Western company should be ashamed of this property. I will NOT be returning. less

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey about the stay you recently had. I am sorry the person working the breakfast did not have a mask on at the time you came down, her lung cancer might have been making it hard for her to breathe so she took it off. As far as the employees, it is up to them, we are behind glass. The pool is open to one family or one group at a time.
