Hotel nice but staff could use some improving

I stay at the Best Western Chambersburg because it is convenient to my daughter who lives near by. Previous trips have been ok - except for the smell of curry in the hallways. This trip was awful. ... more

BSR190960, Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey about the stay you recently had. I am sorry the person working the breakfast did not have a mask on at the time you came down, her lung cancer might have been making it hard for her to breathe so she took it off. As far as the employees, it is up to them, we are behind glass. The pool is open to one family or one group at a time.
