The lady working at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She replied with disdain to simple questions. We were early for check in and she acted as if we were idiots for coming early. She wasn't willing to call us when the room was ready, or provide any additional customer service in any way. When we checked out we had to ask for our brown bag breakfast, which was disappointing to say the least. She handed them over begrudgingly, went back to what she was doing and didn't reply to our "thank you, have a nice day." Overall we were floored by how rude someone in customer service could be. She tainted the whole experience and we won't be back. The room was clean, but too warm. The air conditioning wasn't working very well so the room felt humid and moist. less
