On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us. You stayed with us Four nights. On the first morning you saw a dog in the hotel and complained about allergies. Our hotel has Four select Pet Friendly Rooms. Your room was not one of those rooms. Our General Manager offered to move you to another room. You refused to move. On the second morning our desk clerk asked at Breakfast "How are you doing today?" and you responded "I'm doing fine and everything's good." On the third morning you notified the desk clerk that the carpet was wet. Within about 15 minutes you were moved to another room. We investigated your complaint and found a one foot by three foot area of damp carpet caused by a water leak in a pipe in the wall nearby. Of course a plumber fixed the leak and the carpet was dried. Upon departure, you did not complain.

Brookfield adventure

This was a great experience. The staff and facility were upgraded from last year. And it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast options were very good 😊 can't wait to return.... more
