i have had several fraudulent transactions on both my debit card and credit card this week. I booked a hotel through Booking.com. recently. They are the only company who had both my debit and credit cards on file. I am a travel nurse and used them often. When I contacted them asking them to look into a hacking of client cards- they told me “ it is not our problem- contact your bank”! Really??? They don’t care if your private information has been compromised!!! I would never give them my card numbers again and you should NOT trust them!!! less

Dear Deborah, I am truly sorry what happened with your debit and credit card, and hopefully it gets sorted out. But please note that Booking.com is like a travel agent and if the fraud happened from their end then why are you giving the hotel a bad review or just one star, also non of the third party website will ask you for two different cards, whether it is them or Expedia or Priceline? And I am sure even they did not do the fraud either because they do not share your information with anybody. Please call your bank and they will help you sort out your issue and also if you could delete this review or give us a good rating because we only charge or authorize cards for incidentals and we will never have fraud from our end. Thanks!
