If I could rate it a 0 I would. I used this hotel for my wedding guest and wedding party and it ended up biting me in the but!! The hotel manager Clemmie at this hotel is HORRIBLE!!!!! On my wedding night, she charged me for two rooms and refused to refund my money. I got the room for 2 nights, the first night for my son and the second night for my traveling bartenders. I called earlier in the day to get the sheets changed, after housekeeping had cleaned the room, since my bartenders would be staying in the room and no one changed the linens. So when the bartenders got to the room after the wedding they went to front desk. Instead of switching their room, they charged them for another room which I had to reimburse them. I went up to the hotel room on my wedding night, after getting a call from the bartender, to try and clear it up but the manager was very inconsiderate and did nothing!!!! She said she would investigate and call me the following day. She called me the next morning and told me they didn't have a record of my calling and her staff doesn't lie to her. I guess she thought I was lying and she told me to send a screen shot of when I called. I sent it to her and she still stuck with her story about me not calling and charged me for two rooms on the second night!!! Then on top of that she told me I know no one stayed in one of the rooms so I'm just going to charge you a discounted rate of 59.99 for one of the rooms!!! IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! less

We are very sorry that the first night occupants were still in the room when the housekeepers went to clean your room and they ask for just the bathroom to be cleaned and so the housekeepers cleaned based on the actual occupants specifications. I truly apologize that your second occupant was a victim of housekeepers following the orders from the first occupants. I truly appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review and again we do apologize.
