Roches

There were roaches in the room. Worst experience ever. Disgusting. I tried to speak to a manager but he was not there when I checked out and never called me back. I would never stay at any Best Wester... more

Please know, your description of your stay is highly unusual and does not represent the high standards we aim to achieve. We do have pesticide treatment every month and we never had a problem in past and also usually our housekeeping staff always check it properly after they complete cleaning the room but I will also make sure with my housekeeping staff about the incident. Disgusting don't stay here

Clean and nice rooms at reasonable price

You get what you pay for

Worst hotel experience ever

The “non smoking” room smelled terribly of cigarettes. My room keys and remote didn’t work. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the bathroom was dirty. But the worst part was the blasting music... more

Unfortunately, despite our efforts to ensure that nobody smokes in non-smoking rooms, it does occasionally happen and I hope you’ll accept our sincerest apologies for the smell of smoke that you experienced.
