Good Enough for Family Stay

It's breath to hear that our rooms are spacious, yet I regret to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay and the service. Our housekeeping staff is held to a very high standard and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. We are so sorry that you smelled smoke in your room. Best Western award status doesn't matter here
