Worst hotel experience ever

The “non smoking” room smelled terribly of cigarettes. My room keys and remote didn’t work. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the bathroom was dirty. But the worst part was the blasting music... more

Unfortunately, despite our efforts to ensure that nobody smokes in non-smoking rooms, it does occasionally happen and I hope you’ll accept our sincerest apologies for the smell of smoke that you experienced. I would also want to apologize for the noises that disturb your rest, Know that all Front Desk Clerks are instructed and trained on how to handle these types of issues and I'm very sorry they failed to correct this problem for you. Enters your room

Pamper Self Visit.
